Hello, all!
I have so many Funko Pops that my shelves are overflowing, and I know I should really slow it down a notch or else I'll be buried in them, but where's the fun it that? Here are a bunch that I've recently picked up to help me along in securing my own spot on Hoarders.
Mortal Kombat is one of my favorite video games and Kitana is my go to fighter, so this was a no brainer. I've never seen these action figure Funkos before, but I kinda like them!
How cool is this Nearly Headless Nick Pop? I know they also made a Moaning Myrtle one but I haven't been able to track that one down yet. Now whenever I look at my shelf, I can't help but go "Neeearly headless? How can you be neeearly headless?" in my best Hermione impression.
Keeping with the Harry Potter theme, I picked up these two from Funko's new 5 Star line. I think I may like these more than the Pops. Don't get me wrong, I love the Pops, but I actually really like the style of these ones. I love how they're more proportional and come with little accessories. I definitely foresee me going into a spiral and buying all of these now as well.
My Sailor Moon collection probably makes up about 70% of all my collectibles, so what's one more? This was a 2017 Convention exclusive of Sailor V and I just love it with her glasses and everything.
How could I say no to the ghost with the most?! I also recently heard that Funko might be bringing out a Lydia Deetz Pop where she's in her red wedding dress, and I need it to be mine, like right now.

OwlCrate September Review
Hello, all!
So the theme this month was Masters of Disguise and let's just get right to it!
Ooh, I've become such a sucker for a bath product, and this exclusive bath soak by Leeloo Soaps is no exception. I'm also really interested in the foaming aspect of it, I've never had a foaming bath soak before, but I'm guessing it's just like a bubble bath? Either way, I'm here for it.
I don't know about you, but when I think of "Masters of disguise" I think spies, and then I go to poison lipstick kisses, and I'm diggin' that OwlCrate was on the same wavelength and added this apple mint lip balm by GeekFireLabs. I'm a little unsure about the scent, to be honest. I think if it was just one or the other I would like it better, but the mix sort of reminds me of children's medicine.
Next up, we have this art print designed by Kirsty Carter inspired by Lila Bard from the Shades of Magic series. Just throwin' this out there-- I haven't read this series, but recently I've been hearing about it non-stop, so I think it's something I'll have to pick up.
A series that I have read and loved is Six of Crows, so I was really excited to receive these fingerless gloves with the crow insignia which were a Team OwlCrate exclusive. My hands are always freezing, especially once the weather turns, but I hate wearing gloves, so this may be just the thing I needed. Also, the quality of them is really nice, which is another plus.
I've saved the best item for last-- a Harry Potter mug! And not just any HP mug, but a Prisoner of Azkaban themed HP mug! POA is my favorite Harry Potter book, so anytime I get something from that book is great, but this is just too good. The artwork is so detailed (each of the Marauders are spread throughout the scene), and everything from the Knight bus to the Dementors is just amazing. I have one other mug that was also designed by Cara Kozik and her work is always so great.
The book for this month is Mirage by Somaiya Daud. This story follows a girl named Amani who is kidnapped from her village and taken captive in the royal palace. While there, she discovers that she bears a striking resemblance to the much revered (and hated) Princess Marem. Amani is then forced to impersonate the princess during public appearances, constantly fearing for her life. One wrong move could cost her everything.

Candle Haul
Hello, all!
A few months back, I fell in love with Canterbury Road Co. candles (post here), and they recently had a sale, so obviously, I had to buy more to add to my ever growing candle collection. Seriously, the storage space in my room is filled with boxes of candles. It's becoming a problem.
I had recently read and watched the film adaptation of Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda and loved both, so I thought it only right to buy this candle as well. It does actually smell like Oreos and I really dig it cause Oreos are also my favorite cookies.
You know I love my sweet fruity scents, so I just had to pick up this one. It has hints of lemon, berries and sugared ice and it's perfect for the summertime.
So I was initially just drawn in by the label, and then I saw the scent and I couldn't hit "Add to cart" fast enough. It's raspberries and marshmallow for cryin' out loud! I don't know how it's possible, but it even smells like a fluffy marshmallow and it's so good.
Now for my absolute favorite of the bunch-- IT'S SAILOR MOON THEMED AND IT SMELLS LIKE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES! It was as if this candle was made especially for me. I love it so much that I think I need to repurchase it in the bigger size (as well as like 3 more so I can hoard them). I'm also obsessed with the Sailor Moon design in the label. I just freakin' love it. A+, amazing, best candle ever.

The Bookish Box: Hogwarts House Box Review
Hello, all!
So, I have to admit, I'm not super into The Bookish Box. I've gotten two other boxes from them (a Stranger Things themed box and a random box I picked up at Book Con), and both left me pretty underwhelmed, but I'm a sucker for anything Harry Potter related so I figured I'd give them one more shot. Third time's a charm, right? All the items were curated to whatever your specific house is, so all my goodies were Hufflepuff related.
First up was this nice pillow cover by Ink and Wonder. I love the design of it, but I'm not really sure how to put a pillow in it cause the zip doesn't open too far or wide. I'll have to MacGyver something.
I've always seen these types of necklaces where they have little parts of books in them, but I've never actually had one, so I thought this was really cool. This one was made by Authored Adornments, and I love how subtle it is and the little pale yellow charm next to it is a nice touch.
The head of Hufflepuff house is Professor Sprout, so having a candle that smells of herbs and flowers was a given. I've gotten a few of Novelly Yours Candles in other subscription boxes, and they always smell so nice and burn really well, so I'm happy with this one.
There wasn't a label or anything on this, so I'm just assuming it's regular coffee. Since I'm not a coffee drinker, I passed this right along to my roommate. I do like the design on the packaging, though.
I love how they included coffee and then something to drink it out of as well. It's very convenient. The design is very simple but it works.
Lastly, was this shirt. Normally, I'm iffy about shirts that come in these types of things because they're always very hit or miss, but I really like this one! I like the white design on the black and then the pop of yellow. It's not too busy and the actual quality of the t-shirt feels really nice as well.
I was pleasantly surprised with this box. Besides the coffee, I really liked everything that they sent. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much just due to my previous experiences, but this one totally made up for those.

Back to Hogwarts Tag
Hello, all!
In honor of it being the first day back at Hogwarts, I thought it'd be fun to do the Back to Hogwarts tag created by Michelle over at A Geek Girls Guide (her post is here).
Have to go shopping in Diagon Alley! What store do you go to first?
Flourish and Blotts, for sure. I usually spend the majority of my time in bookstores anyways, so a magical one sounds like a dream.
You’re on the train! What are you getting from the trolley?
I'd probably go for either a cauldron cake or licorice wands.
It’s time for the welcome feast! Which house table are you at?
Hufflepuff all the way!
You get an elective this year! What will it be?
It'd be a toss up between Divination and Care of Magical Creatures.
You’ve got a break between classes! What will you be doing?
Hanging out in my house's common room.
You get to go to Hogsmeade this year! Where do you go first?
The Three Broomsticks for some food and Butterbeer.
You’re meeting up with friends to hang out! Where in the castle are you all going to chill?
Either the Great Hall or if I'm just meeting up with friends that're also in Hufflepuff, probably our common room.
The end of year exams are coming up. What test will you do the best at?
History of magic. I've always loved history, so I feel like I'd ace that class.
This tag was super fun, so if you'd like to participate here's the questions!
