Bookish Starter Packs: Historical Romance

Hello, all!

I'm going to be so honest with you all, I used to look down on historical romances. I thought they were ridiculous with the over-the-top clinch covers with the pouty females and Fabio males. I would see them in supermarket aisles and cringe. But then one day I actually read one, and I was hooked. Now, it's one of my favorite genres. 

I thought it might be fun to recommend some books I loved for anyone looking to dip their toe into the world of rakish rogues and dashing dukes.
