Here are some new releases coming out this month that I think you should have on your radars.
The World's Greatest Detective and Her Just Okay Assistant- Liza Tully: Cozy mystery fans, listen up! This follows Olivia Blunt who is the assistant to a renowned detective, looking to prove herself by taking on a case that might prove more than she can handle.
Maid for Each Other- Lynn Painter: Do you like fake dating? What about opposites attract? Well then, you're going to eat this one up. Abi is a maid who finds herself in a bit of a pickle after spending the night in one of the houses she cleans while it's owner is away and waking up to find his parents there-- and they think she's his new girlfriend. Instead of being mad, billionaire Declan thinks they can come to an agreement that'll benefit them both.
The Enchanted Greenhouse- Sarah Beth Durst: This is a new cozy fantasy standalone set in the same world as The Spellshop following a woman who is punished for using magic and turned into a wooden statue, only to wake years later to find the only other person around is a grumpy gardener. When she learns the magic that tends the land is failing, she must decide if she's willing to risk everything once more to help.
Friends to Lovers- Sally Blakely: People We Meet On Vacation girlies, this is for you! Joni and Ren have been best friends since they were kids, but when Joni takes a job across the country, they worry about growing apart. They decide to be each other's plus ones for every wedding no matter what, and it works perfectly until the one time it doesn't.
How to Survive a Horror Story- Mallory Arnold: When a legendary horror author dies, a group of writers gets invited to the reading of his last will and testament. They think they'll be given a portion of the author's massive fortune, but instead they find themselves locked in his manor and must solve riddles to progress through before the house claims one for its own.
